Based on Google map, it is a 6 mins drive to Pasir Ris MRT station and White Sands.


Daily amenities, restaurants and entertainment is just a 7mins walk to 2 min drive to Downtown East.


Residents here will most likely be swayed by its 5 mins drive to Pasir Ris Park or the 10mins drive to the airport.


Pasir Ris Park is also slated to be upgraded with a enhanced coastal park experience.

Review of The Shorefront

Buyers of this developments are more likely to be lovers of nature and a peaceful environment rather than convenience to everything.


The possible things to be concerned about is that it is a small boutique development that is likely to have limited facilities and higher maintenance cost. At the same time, it is a narrow plot of land sandwiched between Sandy Palm and Camel Presbyterian Church which may lead to more noise and less privacy.


Also look out for units that has a more west oriented facing.
