Upcoming new launches in 1st Half 2024
The launches for The Arcady and HillHaven has concluded with 51 units of its 172 sold at an average price of $2,108psf
Hillhaven sold 19% of its 341 units at prices from $1,903psf.
According to Far East Organization, the buyers were all Singaporeans and PRs with around 70 percent of buyers aged between 31 and 50.
Lumina Grand sold about 53% on booking day with a average psf of $1,464 which is slightly higher than Altura's average psf of $1,433psf then with 61% sold.
Next in the list of upcoming new launches in 1st half 2024 will be The Hill@One North in Feb will be interesting as the location is popular.E.g. Blossoms By the Park and One North Eden nearby sold 73% and 85% on opening weekend launch in recent years.
Lentoria and Lentor Mansion is unique from the rest of the Lentor launches as it is
slightly further from the MRT.
